Imperial Pyro & Special Effects Intelligent Fog System - a system engineered specifically for permanent installations making it ideal for theme parks and long-term exhibits. The system’s modular design separates heating, electronic, and fluid components, significantly reducing maintenance.
Additionally, the IFS employs a centralized fluid system that allows the fog fluid supply to be located to a remote, convenient service area.

Unlike off the shelf equipment IFS is designed specifically for long running installations with challenging duty cycles.
Control Module
The IFS Control Module is built with industrial-grade components built to last for the life of the installation. A durable steel enclosure houses precision flow controls , customizable logic settings, temperature control and unique self cleaning technology. All fluid and air connections are self closing for ease of service.
Heater Module
Powerful and compact, the IFS Heater Module features a 1500 watt cast aluminum heat exchanger and is only 13" x 6" x 5.5". With it's small footprint the IFS Heater Module can be placed exactly where it is need, up to 15' away from the Control Module, avoiding messy duct work.
Head Cable
The IFS Head Cable is the 15' umbilical cord that connects the Control Module to the Heater Module. Featuring robust electrical connections and self-closing air and fluid lines changing components out for maintenance takes just seconds. A durable UV and abrasion resistant jacket ensures that all of the components are protected and able to withstand even the harshest conditions.
Centralized Fluid Distribution
The IFS system features a Centralized Fluid System that allows the fluid pump and containers to be remote from the individual Heater Modules, even hundreds of feet away. Fluid containers can be placed conveniently in service areas eliminating the need to change bottles are individual outlets, carry fluid through guest areas, or the need to enter areas that require accesse control for safety. Fluids are extracted directly from the factory container and plumbed directly to each outlet without any intermediate containers minimizing the space required and the potential for any spills or leakage.

Fluid is offered in containers ranging from 5 gallon, 55 gallon drums and 275 gallon IBC's. Imperial's unique closed system allows for easy connection and eliminates contamination and employee exposure to any materials. Our fluids use high quality materials to ensure safe and consistent performance every time.
